Leaving tml

After going thru a couple of black months, finally I see blue again in my blog! I will be going overseas tml..not for fun though. Its for work but nevertheless I believe it is gonna be a great trip with alot of learning opportunities and exposure to higher echelon of command. Thus my objective for this trip is pretty clear. Be a sponge and absorb knowledge. And be a butterfly and socialise with the commanders at various levels. So that makes me a spongy butterfly..hee, what colour should I be??
the next blue thingy is that I will be on leave after I come back from overseas. That will be from 27th Apr - 5th May..and possible extention if possible. SO PLSE JIO ME TO GO OUT DURING THAT PERIOD!! HAHA..even better if anyone has the bandwidth to go for holidays 
So lesson learnt after the past few months of black months. Be like water, be formless and shapeless. adopt the shape of the container/environment you are in. but of cos not forgetting your roots/values and perspective as you flow along. Know when to voice your concerns/ ideas and arguments at the right time. Know when to back out and reserve your comments when necessary. know the right words to use when toking to any particular person. Know what you want early and you can really save a great deal of time, life’s short rt?!
Guess I feel the most for the last point as I feel that it is also very applicable when it comes to r/s. Know what you want from a r/s, know what kind of partner you want and most prob you can find the rt one earlier. easy say then done rt..hee. Points for ponder..
ha ok..guess there are quite alot of points that i hope you people can take away after reading this blog..but i juz want to emphasis one pt and that is
